Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Rattitude Care account and all of its data at any time, including a guest account.

Delete in the app

Open Rattitude Care and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, confirm your account once more when asked.

What gets deleted

All rats, cages, weights, notes, medication reminders and dose history
Avatar and gallery photos stored on your device
Your conversations with Bulochka
The cloud backup of your data, your Rat Coin balance and your account itself

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign in again later with the same Apple or Google account, a new, empty account is created.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not cancel Rattitude Premium. Cancel it in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play settings.

Can't access the app?

Email oleksii.labs@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.
